Scope

When new opportunities for projects or service requests arise the Infinite Networks team works with you to clearly define your objectives, goals and requirements. Our experienced sales and account management team works efficiently and effectively to get you the services and products you need quickly.

Our engineering and project management teams begin to collaborate internally and with the customer to define the Scope Of Work (SOW). From there we will determine the Level Of Effort (LOE) required from our engineering, project management and field teams.

If network systems infrastructure, structured cabling or other hardware is required our design and sales team will put together a Bill Of Materials (BOM). Over the past 20 years we have established relationships with distributors and manufacturers so that we can offer the best products and solutions.

We will deliver your estimate, quote or project bid on time. While our sales and design team are working on your estimate, our office team will process and deliver certificates of insurance (COI) and other administrative documents required so we can hit the ground running once we have your approval.

Once the estimate is approved our operations team works with you to schedule the work and then we will schedule the most qualified engineers and technicians available to meet your timelines whether they are critical or not. We support and supervise our field team to ensure quality installations and services.

Our operations team will ensure the project or service request is complete by verifying the objectives, goals and requirements set during the inception of the project have been met. If there are any open items or changes we will track them until the project is 100% complete to your satisfaction.
